Outlook International is very pleased to announce that Amphol Yangsawang has rejoined the company as our Vietnam Quality Control Manager with responsibility for our in-line factory quality control inspection teams.
Amphol has a long history with Outlook International as well as working for the owners of the company before Outlook was established in 1998. A Thai national, Amphol relocated from Thailand to Vietnam in 2003 as Outlook’s first Vietnam Quality Control Manager. Amphol speaks Vietnamese, Thai, and English.
Amphol has a degree in Cabinet Making and Furniture Design from Dusit Technical College of Bangkok, Thailand. After graduation he worked for United Wood Industry before joining Reliance Coatings (now Akzo-Nobel) as a Sales and Technical Service Representative in Thailand from 1993 through 1997. After Akzo-Nobel, Amphol joined Pacific Marketing International in 1998 as quality control inspector. He then joined Outlook International’s Thailand office in 2001 as a Quality Control Inspector before transferring to Outlook Vietnam where he remained until 2013 before joining Home Meridian International (HMI), a subsidiary of Hooker Furniture, as Quality and Supply Chain Manager. In 2019 Amphol left HMI to join Samson Global Vietnam with responsibility as QA Supervisor for Samson’s Baker Interiors Group, parent company of high-end furniture brands Baker, Milling Road, and McGuire.
Outlook International is the only home furnishings sourcing and quality management company that provides both in-line production quality inspections and open carton quality audits for its customer’s products. Outlook International is also the only home furnishings service agent in Asia with its own product testing laboratories.
