We are very pleased to announce that Rousell Morata has rejoined Outlook International as Technical Director and as President of Outlook Technical Services.
Rousell previously worked for Outlook for over 8 years managing our product testing laboratory in Ho Chi Minh City with responsibilities that included overseeing product compliance, high-risk testing for children’s products and quality management. Rousell went on to spend 7 years working with William Sonoma Inc, most recently as Quality Assurance Director with responsibilities over Vietnam, Thailand, and The Philippines. We are very happy to have Rousell rejoin Outlook!
As Technical Director of Outlook International (SG) Pte. Ltd., Rousell will have responsibility over all technical procedures, working closely with our Country and Quality Control Managers to manage our Asia-wide quality operations, product compliance, standardization program, vendor evaluation, and technical support for our product development teams. Rousell responsibilities will also include oversight for Outlooks’ product testing program in support of our vendors’ and customers’ product quality.
As President of Outlook Technical Service PTE LTD (OTS), Rousell’s responsibilities will include OTS company-wide operations and managing the testing lab in Vietnam as well as our new Philippine lab expected to be completed in late 2022. OTS is also upgrading its transit testing capabilities in Vietnam and Indonesia as well as adding EN (European) testing protocols covering a full range of product performance testing for home furnishings products. Rousell will be working closely with Daud Musafar, who has taken on the role of Vice President of OTS. In addition to managing the Indonesia lab for OTS, Daud will continue as the Indonesia Country Manager for Outlook.
